Guide
How to play Grand Prix
A quiz that mixes Uma Musume’s six question games: Who’s that Uma?, Guess the card, Academy trivia, Skill quiz, Guess the song and Guess the race.
How to play
- Pick the level and the mode, then press Start. Turn the sound up: there are songs too.
- Above each question you see which game it comes from, and you answer it as in that game: cards can be zoomed out (25 points off per step) and songs heard longer (25 points off).
- Two questions in a row never come from the same game. Classic and the daily challenge have 20 questions.
Difficulty levels
- Easy
- Four options per question, and every game at its Easy level.
- Normal
- Six options and every game on Normal: partial silhouettes, closer cards, closer options and songs from 2 seconds.
- Hard
- Type the name or title when that's the answer, eight options otherwise. Every game on Hard.
The daily challenge is always Normal.
Questions
- Which questions come up?
- Those of the six question games, in all their versions: silhouette, close-up and outfit; who is on the card, which card it is and its type. Umadle is not in it, as it is one character a day.
- Does it count towards each game's records?
- No. Grand Prix keeps its own records, one per level, and has its own daily challenge.
- When does the daily challenge change?
- Every day at midnight UTC. It is the same for everyone, always on Normal, and you get one try.
- How does scoring work?
- In Classic and the daily challenge each right answer is worth 100 points; in Time attack (60 seconds), Streak and Climb your hits count. Each level and version keeps its own best; Climb, which goes through all three levels, keeps one per version.
- Can I share my result?
- Yes: at the end, "Share result" makes a text with your score, a square per question (green when you got it) and the game's link, without giving the answers away.
- Can I challenge a friend?
- Yes: after any run but the daily challenge, «Challenge a friend» gives you a link with your score. Whoever opens it plays the same questions in the same order, at the same level and in the same version, and sees who did better. The link carries it all; nothing is saved anywhere else.
- Where are my scores kept?
- Only in this browser: bests, daily challenges done and day streaks. No account needed, and nothing is sent anywhere.
- Do I need to pay or sign up?
- No. The games are free, need no account and work on mobile.
